It takes time and resources to expand into new markets. We have a long-term partnership mentality and want to work with your company to ensure your brand is represented professionally and always meets with your approval. We research your markets before ordering and start with smaller quantities to test those markets. Orders are paid in advance and there is no requirement of a credit account.
When employing ocean freight, our shipments may initially take up to three months to reach their final destination due to the time it takes to cross the Atlantic, clear customs, move products to and from warehouses and process into an FBA warehouse. However, once your products are listed and selling, we manage your inventory needs based on this timetable. This allows us the flexibility to adjust product selections and quantities based on the initial orders so that both parties can optimize appropriate product mix and quantities over time. However, we can also utilize air freight depending on overall cost and inventory needs.
During the initial phase of launch, while your product is en route, we create your listings and advertising campaigns based on SEO research tools specific to the language of each country. Our goal is to use the local language and words most commonly used by customers to find your product.
Once your product is active, we monitor sales and inventory needs, adjust advertising campaigns and work with you on any necessary changes or additional promotional or product images to optimize your listings to maximize sales.
